Powered by Lesbians - Risk/Harm/Death Mechanic

This is something I homebrewed for my Thirsty Sword Lesbians game. I made this mechanic because the risk of death or harm is something that my playgroup likes to have in-game, but I wanted to create a mechanic that fits the mood/existing mechanics of TSL rather than simply recreating the Harm tracks that exist in PBTA games such as Monsterhearts, Monster of the Week, and Apocalypse World. Instead, this mechanic makes use of Conditions mechanic and gives the player the autonomy to avoid death at a price, while also ensuring that a player character death is never in vain.

I also intend to use a similar death mechanic in a unique PBTA system I am creating, so I guess this is also a taste of an upcoming project.
